The UEFA Euro 2000 Final was held on 2 July 2000 at De Kuip in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to determine the winner of the UEFA Euro 2000. France won the match by a score of 2–1.
In 2004
The UEFA Euro 2004 Final was played between Greece and Portugal played on 4 July 2004 at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal to determine the winner of UEFA Euro 2004. Greece won the final with a score of 1–0.
In 2008
The UEFA Euro 2008 Final was held on June 29, 2008, at the Ernst-Happel-Stadion in Vienna, Austria, to determine the winner of the UEFA Euro 2008. Fernando Torres scored in the 33rd minute to give Spain a 1–0 victory over Germany.
In 2012
Spain defeated Italy 4-0 in the UEFA EURO 2012 final on July 1 at Kyiv’s Olympiyskiy Stadium, the most emphatic victory in EURO final history.
In 2016
The UEFA Euro 2016 Final held on July 10, 2016, at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France. After extra time, Portugal defeated the hosts and two-time champions France with a score of 1–0.
In 2020
As we all know due to the major outbreak of COVID-19 and of a global pandemic the UEFA Euro 2020 is been postponed to 2021 and being held at Wembley Stadium in London, England, on 11 July 2021 and the winner is yet to be decided.
